What we collect, and what we don’t.
The short version
We collect the email address you give us for the Letter, and the details you send in an order, pitch or enquiry. We use them only for that. We never sell or share them, and we don’t use tracking pixels.
Orders
Orders are handled by our shop provider, which stores your name, address and payment details so we can post your copies. We keep order records for seven years because the law requires it.
The Letter
We send one email a month. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing deletes your address from our list within a week.
Pitches and enquiries
We keep pitches for twelve months so we can reply and commission. Ask us and we’ll delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. Write to hello@octavo.example and we’ll reply within 30 days.
