When will my copy ship?
Issues in print ship within two working days from Lisbon. Pre-orders ship on the release date, and we send tracking the same day.
How much is shipping?
Single issues ship for €4 in Portugal, €7 in the rest of Europe and €12 worldwide. Subscriptions always ship free.
An issue is sold out. Will you reprint it?
We don’t reprint. Some stockists still have copies of sold-out issues, so check the stockists page first. Every story is also free to read online.
Which issue does my subscription start with?
Your subscription starts with the next issue to ship. If you want the current issue too, add it to your order and we’ll send both together.
Can I give a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Choose the gift option at checkout, add a note and pick a start issue. We send a printed card to them, not a receipt.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any time, from the link in your confirmation email. Issues already paid for will still arrive.
